thumbnail not displaying in a view

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have a view which is displayed on the front end here: hidden link

in the first column of the results table, there is a thumbnail that is supposed to display. I am fairly certain that i have the shortcode correct, however the thumbnail does not display because toolset seems to be point it to the wrong source. How can I fix that?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

the problem was that the image selected was a .webp
.jpgs work fine
