Thumb images not showing on Map markers

Tell us what you are trying to do?
On the production site, clicking on a map marker, the thumb image does not show:

My issue is resolved now. I found this is caused by the W3 Total Cache plugin.

Even purging the cache does not help. Only deactivating the plugin solves the issue.
