This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

This is almost certainly due to another plugin, can you please (after a backup or on a test site) disable all other non-Toolset software, and change to a default WordPress Theme, to find which plugin it is?
Then, we will need the download URL of that plugin and contacts to the developers or supporters.

We can then approach the 3rd party developers and work out a solution.
