Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest Toolset plugins from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you download the Toolset Types plugin, navigate to plugins page in admin and deactivate and delete the existing Toolset Types plugin. Then, upload and Activate the latest Toolset Types plugin you downloaded.

And then try to follow the steps given with the following link to install/update other addon Toolset plugins and to register Toolset plugins.

Thank you for the quick response. I updated the plugins which did not help. However, I discovered a conflict with a separate plugin that was preventing the registration message from being displayed.
