I took over a site with Toolset. I update it when needed. Now my client came to me asking why the category of a custom post isn't working anymore. This is the message hidden link. Pretty standard 🙁 I saved the permalinks two times to be sure it wasn't that. No luck. As far as I know it always worked. But now if you click one of these hidden link it will show the error.
Everything seems to be working just fine.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I will require admin access details in order to check whats going wrong with your setup and why the critical error is raised.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Thank you for sharing admin access details but unfortunately the shared admin access details not working at this end.
Could you please send me working admin access details?
