[Resolved] There has been a critical error on this website error from toolset form

We are having a site error caused by Toolset Forms. When I deactivate the plugin, I can view the page. When, the plugin is active, it causes the critical error. When I try to edit the form, it also causes the critical site error.

When I checked I see you are using outdated Toolset plugins:

Last week we published hotfix release for many Toolset plugins:

What if you try to update to latest Toolset plugins and check if that help you to resolve this issue.

I checked and I can see the issue with staging site as well. It seems related to PHP version but could be different.

I need to troubleshoot this issue further and for that I will require duplicator copy of your site.

Navigate to: Tools => WP Adminer => Open in new tab and click on "SQL Command" on left side and run the query I shared.
