Hi,

I have seen but the behaviour is the same... I cannot access other sites, it goes to 404 Not Found.. View is not able.
And if I click any of the post on detail it give 404 Not Found..
So to me it is the same on happening to real domain and hosting...
Anyhow I have the hosting over hidden link can contact to them to ask further detail if you need any information just let me know.

I'm afraid that it is happening to every part of the website, not only the ones coming from Toolset. Also, as we outlined before, this problem occurs even if Toolset plugins are disabled, so it is very unlikely to be caused by them.

I kindly ask you to reach out to your hosting provider and address the issue with them. If they don't manage to solve it, ask them to provide you with the HTTP error logs for the last 2 or 3 days. Please make sure to ask for the correct server logs, which are the HTTP error logs, and not the server access logs.

This is probably going to be a huge text, so instead of pasting it in the ticket as plain text, please add to a text snippet like https://pastebin.com/ and send us the link where we can see those logs.

Alternatively, please upload it to the server and tell us where it’s located so we can go ahead and download the logs. Please review this with them and let us know the results of the investigation.

If you are unable to fix the issue, there is also the option of running a backup. In your tarif, you can almost go back a whole month. For this, check your kas and navigate to:
Tools > Restore backups > FTP Backup. Please also use a database-backup from within the same timeframe so that there wont be any linking-issues to not yet existing posts or vica versa.

It seems that you can restore a prior version to this issue, could you please do that? Moreover, please bear in mind that the problem is not related to Toolset, as you can't see anything related to our plugins in the logs provided.

Thank you for correcting the login page.

Please tell us what exactly is not working properly on the website, and why you think it is related to Toolset. I have checked that you're missing the Types plugin in the main website, but by trying to install it on the network, we're not allowed to access the page. Is this user an admin? If possible, give us superadmin rights.
