This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We have a huge amount of error messages coming from our Toolset account on the hidden link site. We need assist asap please!

Did it start to happen after an update ?

Hey Shane

We have recently update our site across all plugins and WordPress.

We have a couple issue happening on the site and noticed these errors coming up in the error logs.

I noticed one of your recent updates resolved an issue which is still displaying in the logs.

Although inspecting a latest log for yesterday & today ( 9 & 10 September 2020 ) Im not seeing any further errors come through so maybe it was a "caching issue" ?

HI Drew,

This perhaps could be the issue. What I would do is to continue to monitor the site for a few more days to see if the issues re-occur.

If they don't then you can go ahead and close this ticket, otherwise you can let me know and we take it further.
