Problem:
The issue here is that the user is getting the error below.
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Elementor\Utils::is_ajax()
Solution:

I'm trying to go into the theme customiser and add custom css. But what i get is a critical error. Please see attached screenshot.
WP version 5.8.2
OceanWP theme version 3.1.2
Elemtor version 3.5.3
Toolset Type version 1.6.1
What is the link to your site?

First I thought it was because I already changed the key to the production url. But after deleting the production url key and generating a new key for the development site, the error still persists.
Please advise,
