Tell us what you are trying to do?

I'm trying to update the Toolset Plugin, but it says I need to update my registration key. When I go to Toolset.com to get the key, it's there and active. My subscription doesn't expire until June 23. I only use Toolset on 1 site so I know it isn't being used on any other site than this one. The url is hidden link. When I attempt to use the key, it tells me that invalid as seen in the screenshot that I've uploaded.

Hi Alan,

Would you please kindly follow the steps below?

- Make sure that you are logged in toolset.com.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the Unregister Toolset link to unregister it and start registering from scratch.
- Click the "Register Toolset" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

Thanks for your reply. I attempted to follow these instructions. The first issue is that the plugin was already unregistered. I copied the key and put it in to re-register and the same message appeared as in the screenshot I previously sent. Do you have another suggestion?

Hi Alan,

So that is the issue then.

Please go to:

https://toolset.com/account/sites/

Find the key in question and delete it. (Click the trash can icon next to the key in the table)

Do the registration process from scratch so that this time a new key will be generated.

Thanks.

Thanks for your response. I found the key in question and deleted it. I then did the registration process again and a new key was generated, which I placed in the Site Key field, but it says that it is an "invalid site key for the current site." I tried it several times with the same results. Any ideas?

Hi. Ignore that last message. I decided to try one more time and was able to make it work. Thanks for your help.
