The sitecode is invalid

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Im trying to register Toolset but the error says the sitecode is invalid.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. What if you delete the existing site key and try to create a new site key by following the steps given with the following Doc and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

You can install/update Toolset plugins using the installer plugin:
