the site tels me the key is wrong

This support ticket is created 5 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

my client call and say that he cant upload images to posts,
as i know , toolset upgrade should fix issue.

the problem is that the site say the key is not registered.
so i tried copy the key again, when not working i tried to delete the site and add it again and the new key do not works also...

what should i do ?

You seem to have registered hidden link - it is quite possible meanwhile you are on HTTPS, hence I recommend this process:

1. Delete the sitekey from your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins (Toolset) - make sure Toolset is not registered for the site
2. Delete the site from https://toolset.com/account/sites/ as well, make sure the site is not registered anyhow anymore there.
3. Head back to the WordPress Dashboard > Plugins (Toolset) and click "register" just under the Toolset Plugin in the list of plugins
4. You can now follow these steps: hidden link
