Hi there

The site cannot be reached outside of Australia, seemingly, because of a firewall.

Can you remove the geographic restrictions if you want us to be able to visit the page?

If the site cannot be reached it sounds like a server problem. Normally if there had been a PHP fatal error, for example, because of a problem with some code on the site, you might get a white screen of death, but your browser is displaying the message shown in the screenshot, which suggests a server issue.

But you could check your PHP logs in case there are any clues.

If you haven't already, turn on the debug log by editing your wp-config.php file and change the line with WP_DEBUG like so:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
define('WP_DISABLE_FATAL_ERROR_HANDLER',true);

That will create a debug.log file in your /wp-content/ directory which you can examine in any text editor. Try editing the template again and then inspect the log.
