Hello,

I create a simple post submission form for one of my clients, and the CRED rich editor, as well as the date picker are not working on Firefox.

You can see this in my submitted photo, but can also visit the link below to see it first hand.

Is there a fix for this issue?

Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I checked the issue and I do not able to replicate it. Please check the following screenshot, it just works fine.

Then I get to know that after checking to debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend to run your site with latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Additionally, the problem URL you shared: hidden link , I see many JS error on browser console.

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins first and also get rid of all JS error and try to resolve your issue.

Minesh,

I updated the plugins, and there was still an issue. However, when you said there were JS errors, I tried diabling Javascript minification, and that actually fixed the issue.

I want to keep minification enabled for the most part. I tried to exclude a number of JS files from the minification with no luck.

Would you know which files I'd have to exclude from minification?

Thanks!

Minesh,

I disabled JS Minification for now, and that got the form display almost correctly. However, there are still issues.

First, as you can see in the screenshot, the visual and text toolbars are showing at the same time.

Second, the "Add Media" button does not work.

I would like to give you access. Please send me the form to do so.

Thanks!

well - as I suspect and still I do that there must be the conflict between the number of third-party plugins you are using or theme.

As I tested with minimum installation (Only Toolset plugins + default theme 2011 active), I do not see such issues which you reported that essentially caused by some custom JS added by you or as you acknowledge was due to Minification.

Before we move to step - please make sure all Toolset plugins updated to it's latest official release version. If yes:
In order to minimize the cause of the issue:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Do you see any difference?
