The recent update failed, could not create directory

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Failed Auto and manually updated the plugin Toolset types from V 3.4.16. There may be a problem with WP-Cron.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I got a message in WP admin "The theme directory is not writable and the images for the demo sites can’t be installed. Please change the ownership of directory /code/wp-content/themes so that the web server can write to it". I follow the "Instructions for setting up demo sites". the site use theme X, It is not showing in the reference site options. The ownership permission— theme x child theme folder is set at 755.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I got an error message "An error occurred while updating Toolset Types: Could not create directory."
