Hi there
Let me reply directly to you as Mateus won't be available for another couple of hours.
He raised the issue which I have looked into.
I downloaded a copy of your site to install locally for testing.
I can see the issue with the broken Views blocks that is hampering editing and saving the page, but I don't have a very good solution for you.
The fourth View on the page—Noticies 02—appears to be intact and working normally.
But the database entries for the other 3 Views appears to be corrupted, and in such a scenario they cannot be fixed. I don't know the detailed history of the site to explain why they became corrupted.
I was able to restore the functionality of editing and updating the page by switching to the Code Editor (to show the underlying HTML which comprises the page content) and editing that to remove the references to the 3 problem View blocks.
The page then worked and could be edited, and changes saved (though, of course, it is missing the output from the 3 Views).
From that position, I was able to insert View blocks and choose to use existing Views, and insert the 3 Views back into the page, and that appeared to be successful.
Except that the View blocks are just referencing a version of the View, and the View itself cannot be edited. That should be okay if you don't need to make any changes to the View, but means that you cannot make any changes to the View settings, including styling the output.
If you do need to make any changes then I'm afraid you will need to recreate the Views, by inserting a View block and starting again (after deleting the existing Views).
As I've already edited the source to remove the problem View blocks on the copy of your site I pasted the content here so you can copy and paste that into your page (in Code Editor mode) to replace the existing content: https://pastebin.com/rJ2YFuUB
(If you need help let me know and I can do it directly on your site.)
I'm sorry I don't have a solution that rescues the existing Views to make them editable.
