I've cloned my website, this one:

hidden link

over to here:

hidden link

to develop a new version.

But the plugin seems connected to the first site.

I've added the URL for hidden link on my ToolSet Account, and have the KEY, but don't see where to put in the key or how to get it "unconnected" from the original site.

I deactivated all ToolSet plugins and re-activated them, but it's still reporting a "Communication error".

The custom installer page (where you can register the site, add your key etc.) should be reachable from the main plugins page from a "register" or "registered" link next to any of the Toolset plugins.

If that's not available, try going to the Add Plugins page, where you'll see there is a Commercial tab.

If you still can't find the Toolset installer, I suggest you delete your current installation of Types and then download the latest version (which includes the up-to-date installer code) from your accounts page (toolset.com/account/downloads) and then upload that zip file to install Types and try again with the registration.

Thank you! That did it.

I had clicked "registered" before, but that page has a LOT of distractions (including ads notices from other plugins and it was just confusing - also at the top of that same page is "ToolSet plugin cannot connect to toolset.com"

Even though it was connected - to the wrong site.

It was only after your prompted to look around more that I found an "Unregister ToolSet from this site" link that I was able to unconnect and then re-enter the key.

So, you might consider putting that "Unregister ToolSet from this site" link up at the top with the other Message and Warning.

But in any case - Thanks!
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
