I am trying to:

remove the admin side message:
Do you want to get faster Toolset support and compatibility alerts?

I click yes, and nothing happens!

Hi Shane,

It is strange - as well as this message that won't go away, I cannot do simple things such as creating custom fields.

Thanks for your help.

David

Hi David,

Would you mind providing me with admin access to check on this issue for you ?

I'm unable to replicate on my local version.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane

I see the issue now. If I turn off Types plugin the issues go away. It must be that Elementor + Types are not compatible. However I read your Elementor integration page and it said Elementor Pro + Types works. Please could you confirm this?

Thanks

David

Hi David,

Yes Elementor and Types have basic compatibility with each other, in that you can use our toolset elements inside the elementor templates.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane

I've solved all my issues by downgrading Types from 3.1.2 to 3.1

Thanks!

Hi David,

There should be an update for Types coming on Monday, version 3.2

It may resolve this issue as well.

If there are no further questions on this then you can mark this ticket as resolved.

Thanks,
Shane
