Hi Piotr,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Based on what I see it seems your map is not apart of the search so its not being refreshed. Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can check on this for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Piotr,

I believe I've found the issue. When I reselected the address field for the map it started to work.

I also noticed that on some of your translations the map doesn't work. What I had to do is to check one of the translation and saw that the map was disconnected from the view, so you will perhaps need to go through and reconnect them back.

Thanks,
Shane

Hey there,

I am still having a trouble to fix it

The way you did it (check Latvian version) when you change language from Languages - drop down the map is not connected to the view
I have tried to duplicate polish version of the page but it does not work properly either. Test it yourself

For some reason, the Russian version of the page works ok, Can it be connected with the fact that the Russian language was put recently, way after installing toolset maps and views?

Thanks

Hi Piotr,

Yes given that the Russian version was put in recently then this would be automatically connected.

What You can do since the translations are essentially clones, you can re-create the translations for each of the pages as it seems they are being disconnected somehow.

Also I find that just going through and resaving fixes the issue but I would recommend remaking these translations as to have them as new entries in the database.

Thanks,
Shane

Hey Shane

the thing is that even the original English version is not working properly as, when you change the filter in drop-down the map is going to default, unless you reload the page

Thanks

Piotr,

From my recent testing today the English post is working fine. See my video below.

From what i've observed the English post works fine. Is this not reflected on your end? If not can you send me a video of what happens for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hey Shane

I am confused with everything with this View display,

I deleted all the translations apart from Russian, because this one seems to work ok

When I added polish translation the view does not display the same results as on the English version as well as Russian, can find the clue why is this happening, see the attached images as it only display one view result

Thanks

Hi Piotr,

I tried taking a look at this for you, however it seems that you've changed the password for the login credentials.

Can you send a new set so that I can have a look ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Piotr,

Ok so what you will need to do is when you've created the translation, then you click on the view and click on the create an independent copy for the view so it pulls the correct translations.

Then click on the map and reconnect it to this copy of the view as i've explained in this thread below.
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/the-map-does-not-update-when-adding-filter-in-the-view/#post-1924325

Once you've done this the view should list the post information as well as the map should load fine.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

It seems like it the problem is with WPML as on Russian version half of the items were automatically translated, as you can see on the print screen.

Thanks
