Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have a create a view, with search and built a layout on the back end to have the search in a left column and the results displayed in a 4 column grid on the right side of the page. When viewing the layout on the back end it looks perfect but on the live site it does not look anything like this.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I have used many of your guides and tutorials on building grid layouts, adding searches etc with Views using wordpress blocks

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

I can see errors in the browser console on that page ("toolsetCommonEs is not defined"), which account for why the styles are not being applied as expected.

It's not clear what the cause of the errors is though (I checked for existing reports but didn't find any).

Could you please try to identify the cause by disabling non-Toolset plugins and re-testing, as well as switching theme to twentytwentyone or another default theme.

I would start with any optimisation plugins that bundle JS files etc.

Let us know what you find so we can see how to proceed.
