The latest layout (Version 2.4) - backend problem.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: backend (see screenshots)

I expected to see: List of layouts

Instead, I got: Nothing (layout ver 2.4)

Hi, please clear your browser cache and cookies after updating to Layouts 2.4, then test again. In some cases this will resolve the issue completely. In other cases, more detailed analysis is required. Please open the browser console and watch for any JavaScript errors when the admin Layouts page loads.

Please let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
