This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello.
Today we found some error.
The keys are became invalid, and even we are trying to cancel registration and put new keys at the site - the are all invalid.
I attached several screens - the problem happens with any site registration.

Hi, there were recently some issues with registering sites using Types 2.2.23. Is it possible these sites are using Types 2.2.23?
If so, it's usually necessary to manually update to Types 3.3.1 before you can register.

How is it possible to update files manualy if we do't have it, and now it's impossible to dowload files from your site also...
Where can we get the version files?

And anyway it's strange that the key just stop to work at several site... why

You can find Toolset downloads at https://toolset.com/account/downloads

It is strange that the key just stopped unexpectedly. If updating to Types 3.3.1 manually does not solve the problem, I can ask our account team to investigate.
