Hi, please try this:
- Log in to your control panel or phpMyAdmin page
- Create a backup of your database
- Drop all the tables in your database
- Go to /wp-admin to reinstall the WordPress database
- Log in and activate Toolset Framework Installer
- Add your registration key in Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab
- Attempt to create the Listings site once more

Please let me know the results of this test.

Okay sorry for the inconvenience here. I'm still seeing an error in the reference site installer, but it appears to be related to a timeout on your server rather than licensing issue. I have logged in to your wp-admin area and imported the content from a copy of the Listings Reference Site using Toolset's Import / Export tools. I did a quick check and it looks like things are working as expected (except the registration and license issue, which we are still working on). Can you take a look and see if you're able to use the reference site effectively now?

Did you receive my message on the 11th?

We're still working on the registration and licensing bug fix, and it should be ready shortly. In the meantime, you should be able to use the reference site now. As I mentioned two days ago, I logged in and manually set up the site for you. You do not need to install the reference site again, everything should be ready to use. Please check out the site and let me know if you are blocked from working on your project now.

Hello, I can see that you are still having issues with registration. I logged in to my registration panel and I can see that you currently have these two keys active:
hidden link (active)
hidden link (active)

I would like to see if this is part of the problem. As a test, I removed your old site key and added my own new registration key. Registration was successful with my new key, and I was able to update all the plugins. Then I removed my site key. So it seems that something is causing a problem with your site keys. Please try this process next:
- Go to toolset.com/account/sites and delete the site key for hidden link, also delete the site key for hidden link
- Create a new site key for hidden link, and try to register the travel listings site again in wp-admin.
- If registration is successful, create a new key for hidden link and try to register that site again in wp-admin.

Let me know the results.
