Notice that her information includes "Available" in "Online" but when we filter for "Online" she's included, but as soon as we added "Availability" she is excluded for some reason. hidden link
Am I misunderstanding something there or is that a glitch?
I went to take a quick look at your site to verify that the saved field and the field being filtered are the same field, but the credentials you provided take me to an authentification page which requires installing a mobile app and using a QR code to create a new account, and it is not possible to navigate away from the page.
Could you please provide a working admin account we can use?

I checked on your install and I can see that you are having multiple availability custom fields like "Sinsa Availability", "Pyeongtaek Availability", "Online Availability".
By default view filters the results based on the available options and I can see you have added the filter for "Sinsa Availability" and when I check the post "Catherine Kim":

The "Sinsa Availability" field is set to "Fully Booked" rather then "Available".
If you change the field value to "Available" and save the above post and then you go to your view and filter with "Online" and "Avaialble" it will show you "Catherine Kim" within the search result.
