The date fields are not clickable for user but as an admin when I am logged in I can put date data.

Hi,
I checked my browser console and I saw this Javascript Error:
date.js?ver=1725158251:18 Uncaught ReferenceError: wptDateData is not defined
This shows that there is a conflict going on with the Toolset Javascript and a script either added by you or a plugin that you use.
I suggest that you follow the steps below:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and Toolset add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
Thanks.
Hi Christopher, I have checked all this but didn't work. Can you please check on your side? If I give you WordPress logins?
Hi there,
Yes I'd be happy to do so but we will need to have a copy of the website. Please copy the website and provide the login information of the copied website by setting the next reply as private and we will be happy to follow up.
I see that you set the ticket as resolved so I wonder if the issue is fixed after your reply?
Thanks.
