I am trying to: display flitered posts based on the custom search I created

I expected to see: I expect to see all the posts with any of the filters.
Instead, I got: a very limited amount not representative of the total posts with this custom field. For example, when I select Community Hospital under the hospital type only 10-20 posts are shown but I know I have more than 100 posts. When I check Level III under the level check box only 10-20 are shown but I know I have over 100 posts with this custom field.
