I am trying to: create or update custom post type containing a WYSIWYG field

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: I expect to see the "Welcome message" field content after saving the modification

Instead, I got: after saving the field is blanc / empty

In order to keep some information stored, I've to edit the field in the "Text" mode instead of the "Visual" mode.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I try to login using the admin access details you shared but I could not able to login using the shared admin access details.

Can you please send me working admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Our developers are aware of issues that appeared on WYSIWYG editors after WP 5.8. We fixed a bug in Types 3.4.14, but we are still working on some cases. This bug appears for post types that do not activate the Editor option.

As a workaround, please enable the default editor on your post type and let us know if it fixes the issue.

Edit your post type from Toolset => Post types => Edit your post type and enable the Editor.
