Text overlay inside view loop

Hi guys. I'm trying to add a text overlay, so it displays on top of the images of a view named Tours. I'm using a dynamic element (country name) but I can't seem to be able to add a block so that it displays on top of the image.

I'm able to display the elements on the page, beneath or above the thumbnails, but not on top of it.

How can I achieve this?
