[Resolved] Text in WYSIWIG editor not saving properly in repeatable group

I am trying to: change the text in a WYSIWIG editor but when closing the repeatable group and opening it again the changed text dissapeared.

Only visible on backend of PW protected page

I expected to see:
The changed text to still be there when I open the repeatable field again

Instead, I got:
Same text as before editing

I have just tested this on my own local site, and I didn't experience any such problem, so it appears to be something particular to your site.

Can I first ask you to update your plugins to the latest version.

If the updates do not show up on your plugin installer page (click the registered link beneath the plugin name to go to the custom installer page) click the the Check for Updates button to update the list.

If the issue still occurs, can you check in a minimal install if it still does?

Disable all non-Toolset plugins, and switch to a default theme like twentytwentyone and then check again.

Let us know how that goes.

Thanks for you reply! All plugins are running on the latest version.
We also tested with all plugins deactivated and the default WordPress theme, but the issue was still there.

The latest version of Types is 3.4.19, and of Views is 3.6.7, if you could please update and check again.

That is really strange.

But when I loggedin to the admin and checked the problem URL you shared:

What you have to do is you have to click on "Update" or "publish" button to see changes in effect.

Thanks Minesh, that works indeed. Do you have an idea what's causing this and how we can solve this issue? There's multiple admins making changes on this website, it would be great if we can fix it.

Nothing causing and there is no issue.

Once you make a change to any repeating field group item/post to have effect of change you must save/update the post.
