Hi,
I’m trying to test hidden link for responsiveness on different resolutions with different tools such as hidden link.
On all my testing (on several testing sites) I’m receiving “website refused to connect”.
On my desktop (1280 x 720), laptop (1536 x 864) and Macbook the site looks ok.
Could you tell me why this is happening and how to test.
Thanks

Hi David,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I'm not experiencing any issues loading the site with the tool that you've sent. The pages load perfectly fine.
hidden link

Unforuntely if the website tool is refusing the connection for then there isn't anything we can do because this would be handled by the host.

Thanks,
Shane

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
Hi Shane, My problem was that there was a force login plugin active, once I deactivated it (guess you checked after), it works ok.
Thanks
