test domain - Toolset

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

What happens when you try to update?
Do you receive any error, or does it fail to update?

In any case you can always download the latest version from here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Then, just replace the Toolset Plugins in your WordPress install with those freshly downloaded versions, by FTP, if everything else fails.
That will not destroy any data, however please perform a backup before you proceed, for security reasons.

If you refer to registering a second, test domain for your basic account, - that is a feature request that we already filed, but not yet possible.
However, you can simply update manually, Toolset works as well without registering in this case.
