Terribly slow - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

I just bought toolset to try it on my website. But it makes editing my website terribly slow. When I want to add a new page it takes forever to come beyond the white screen and showing the options. Even though I set my php memory to 1G. I set back the classic editor again instead of gutenberg.

Hi Maarten,

Yes i saw the email and setup the password, however it wants me to use 2FA in order to login.

This has not been setup. Is there any way for me to bypass this given that I just need to check on the backend?

Yes - When you can, just share all the details and I'll be happy to look at the issue. Can you please also mention that what is actually slow and what URL I should check. Kindly share all the required details that should help me to understand your issue.

I also tried to login to wp-admin like Shane and as acknowledged by Shane, Wordfence is blocking the login page. Can you please fix that and share all required access details.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
