I am attempting to create a template for a custom post type.

When trying to do so, I receive the following error message:

Content Encoding Error - The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Please advise

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange, no other user reported such issue.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue:

1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

2)
Can you please try to check the issue on another server to ensure there is no server configuration issue.

If the issue still persist, please share the problem URL where I can see the issue as well as admin access details.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
