[Resolved] Template to Display Custom Posts

Editing blocks in the template to display my custom post type "Prodotto" cause, at saving, the error message:
Something went wrong while fetching the dynamic content from the selected source, with message: "La risposta non è una risposta JSON valida.".
Then I get a 502 Bad Gateway on NGINX.

can you kindly help me?

Hi Emanuele,

Thank you for getting in touch. Before we can do further debugging I would like to ensure that you've gone through the basic debugging steps.

This means you will need to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and check again to see if the issue still remains.

If it does then I would like to have admin access to the site to create a copy where I can test further.

Hi Emanuele,

I took a look at this for you and went ahead and added a test block and saved the template, however i'm not able to notice any issues at all.

The template saved correctly without displaying any errors.

Hi Shane, thanks for your help
I confirm that I was able to save my editing to the template.
But now I have a new issue with the page: hidden link (the page with a view for searching among my custom posts). This page now is blank (at the content part) and if I try to modify the page the site crash with a critical error message.
Can you help me with this?

Hi Emanuele,

The following fatal error is being thrown on the page. I'm assuming this page has this view assigned to it "ricerca prodotti "

It would appear that this view is the source of the issue and as such I would recommend deleting the view and remaking as it could've become corrupted during and interrupted save to the database.

The view can be deleted from the link below.

Hi Shane, thanks for your help.
I deleted the view corrupted and recreated a new one.
The new view works as expected. So I have reactived all plugin. But now, modifying the template for the single custom post "Prodotti", I have received the old message with the Json error, the 502 Bad Gateway and this message:

Hi Emanuele,

Perhaps there is an issue with the server right now as im trying to access even the homepage and i'm being presented with an error 502.

It would appear the entire site is down at the moment.
