I had this issue a while ago, and support fixed it, but I didn't get instructions on how to do it myself. I have another template that times out and is inaccessible. I would like to know how to solve this myself in the future.
I am also experiencing an "The editor has encountered an unexpected error." hidden link

Further info for the first error reported, the URL is hidden link
I also have a template that now has a lot of "Block contains unexpected or invalid content." My point is that there must be a bigger underlying issue that is causing all these issues all of a sudden. hidden link
Recreating this template would almost be impossible.
Here is info from the error log

I have created a screen recording to show that even with the default theme the error is there.
I included the error log so that you can see it is the toolset plugin that generates the error.
Here is the screen recording to show the problem is not the theme
Please hold on, we can solve the issue one by one.
Please send me admin access details and first of all please tell me the template time out issue where I can see the issue.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I checked but I can edit the content template in classic mode but not in the block mode.
The content template content added was bit unaccurate like types shortcodes not closed etc..etc.. but I will require duplicator copy of your site in order to chech why the content template is not allowed to edit in block mode.
