Template layout being removed

This support ticket is created 3 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi! I'm trying to edit my custom post types, but everytime I save, the Template Layout assigned is removed; I have to go back to my Layouts and click "apply all" to reapply to the new / updated post; The "Template Layout" section is not available in any of my Editor pages so I was wondering how to get it back, thank you!

Hi Marie,

Thank you for the credentials.

I was able to log in and identify the issue.

It seems to be because you have our Blocks plugin enabled. Layouts only works with our views plugin so I would recommend using this and updating your views plugin from the link below.

Download and overwriting the existing views plugin with this latest update.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you very much! I hope you guys don't stop the support for Views and Layouts - I really like it a lot and how powerful / customizable it makes my site.
