I am trying to:
Clients use the template to write an article on the website

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
Page should stay when article is submitted, .....

Instead, I got:

.... but it deletes itself each time an article is published.

Hi there

The credentials you provided don't work so I wasn't able to check your set up, I have another private reply set up so that you can update them.

It sounds like you have a custom post type, a Content Template assigned to that post type, a form to publish such posts, and the issue is that when the post is submitted via the form it is published, but the template is not assigned.

Is that right?

I just tested it locally and didn't have that problem, so the first thing to do is to disable all plugins except Types, Forms, and Views and switch theme to twentynineteen and then try again. Do you still see the issue? If not it means some conflict from one of the things you just disabled, which you should be able to identify by a process of elimination.
