Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to limit users' input to a taxonomy field to a list of dropdown.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

When editing the form, the settings for a taxonomy includes the option to display as a dropdown, and you can exclude the possibility to add new terms (screenshot).

Was there something more specific you had in mind?

The option for which Nigel shared the screenshot with this reply:
=> https://toolset.com/forums/topic/taxonomy-input-on-cred-form/#post-2324733

Those option will only be seen when you have Hierarchical taxonomy. If you have Flat taxonomy then you can not display it as a dropdown. To display those options you will have to convert your flat taxonomy to Hierarchical taxonomy by editing your taxonomy from Toolset => Taxonomies => Edit your taxonomy => Set it as Hierarchical taxonomy and save.

Then, refresh the form and try to add your taxonomy again and you should be able to see the options that Nigel shared with his previous reply.

Hi Minesh,

Thank you for the clarification.
Any chance the same form can be designed using Elementor?

Thanks for the help.

Do you mean that you want to drop idea of using Toolset form and you want to build form using Elementor? If yes:
- I'm not sure if Elementor offers any feature to build forms. You will require to check with Elementor support.
