[Resolved] Taxonomy Dropdown Filter

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi, when creating a custom taxonomy for a custom post type, how do I add the dropdown filter above the posts list in the admin?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - There is no such feature exists to display taxonomy dropdown with CPT listing screens. This is currently not possible with Custom taxonomies.

What you can do is check the checkbox show_admin_column at:
=> Toolset => Taxonomies => Edit your taxonomy => under section "options"

This will enable to display taxonomy term attached to post as column in the Posts admin screen, but not a drop down as in Categories.

However there are few plugins available as well as few posts that may help you:
