My issue is as follows for the website: iautouk.com

A link to a video describing the issue is here: hidden link

Please grab the logins from my most recent ticket, as it's the same site and nothing has changed.

More details below:

Description
- The form on the site has conditional logic to improve user experience
- Selecting certain options should display corresponding services
- However, additional services are also displayed incorrectly
- The search function stops at 'C' and may confuse users
- The form does not change the vehicle make correctly

\
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Select an option in the form
2. Notice additional services displayed incorrectly
3. Try using the search function and observe it stopping at 'C'
4. Change the vehicle make and see it not updating correctly

\
**Acceptance criteria**
- Selecting options in the form should display correct services
- The search function should work properly and display all options
- Changing the vehicle make should update correctly

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you want to display dependent filter.

But the thing is that - you can only add dependent filter and filter it based on post relationship like Country -> State -> City.

To have dependent filter - you will have to configure Make and its related Services as post type.

Please check the following Doc for more info:

Regarding filtering posts on the form for relationship dropdown:

That will be another issue. Can you please fix the first by creating Make as post type and Services (which you already setup as post type) and create one-to-many post relationship between those post types.

Maybe you can rather implementing on the production site first, you may create structure and add few posts and create relationship on sandbox site or staging site.

Here is a sandbox site and you can auto-login to it using the following link:

You may add the said post types and create post relationship and add few posts and connect them and get back to me and I will give you about how you can build the form.
- Make as post type and Services (which you already setup as post type)
- create post relationship between "Make" and "Services"
- add few posts to both post types and connect them

and follow the following Doc to have dependent filters:

Hi there thanks for your reply, I thought it is already set up as the Make post types?

I don’t understand a lot of what you’ve written as there’s words missing from your sentences. Any chance we can jump on a Teams or Zoom call or you could send me a screen recording where you show what it is you’d like me to do?

I'm afraid that there is no zoom call option available.

I want to make build the post relationship and setup your filters like this Doc:

We offer reference sites on our free test platform http://www.discover-wp.com:

You can create test site using any of the reference site we offer but in your case I suggest you should create a test site using the reference site using "C&B Properties – Real Estate Site":

Where on that site you can see that "States" and "Cities" dependent dropdown with custom search:

Once you create test site you will be able to learn how those dependent dropdown are setup.
