I am trying to:
Get the taxonomies back in to the post where they were before

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
its in the back-end

I expected to see:
taxonomies in the post where the taxonomies are connected. they are visible in the dashboard at that post

Instead, I got:
no taxonomies

yesterday i had to turn off all plugins (except the toolset ones) to find one that interfered. now today the taxonomies in the job opening (vacatures) are gone.

Not sure if they were already gone yesterday, but non the less, they are gone.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please tell me what taxonomy you assigned to your post type and have you created that taxonomy using Toolset Types?

Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I'll try to sketch the situation the best of my ability, because I have no clue how/where to make or find a "problem URL" for you tos use as a testground for this problem. (I could provide you with the backup files if that is what you mean)

But the problem looks as follows:

We have made a Custom Post Type called: "Vacatures" with the following Taxonomies: (also see Reference image 1)
- Werkplekken
- Opleidingen
- Fulltime / Parttime
- Carrièreniveaus
- Dienstverbanden

And when trying to create the Post Type "Vacatures", these Taxonomies do show up in the menu on the left-hand side of the WordPress dashboard as can be seen in Reference image 2. When you press "Add new" in this menu, it will send you to the page builder of this post type, however the taxonomies don't show in the selection menu on the right-hand side of the page builder like they used to do. (see Reference image 3)

What makes things even stranger in my opinion: If we change the names of the taxonomies, they do show up in de right-hand side of the pagebuilder when you want to post a "Vacature". But when you press publish after you selected one of the checkbox options underneath one of those renamed taxonomies, the page won't publish and gives an error message: "Updating failed. Sorry, you are not allowed to assign the provided terms." (See Reference image 5)

We also have a custom search filter that uses the "Vacatures" Post Type Taxonomies, which seems to be able to pull the information from these taxonomies without any issue, we just can't add them to the posts anymore. (See Reference image 4)

I have made a backup of the website like you asked however I need an e-mail adress to add you as a user with Admin access, or I am not doing this right, I honestly don't know.

I hope this makes the situation more clear. If i can provide you with anything to help resolve this issue, then I'll try to be fast to respond. However I am quite the beginner to this so I might not understand what you mean immediately. Thanks in advance.

Cheers

In my previous I mentioned that I don't know how to give you admin access without either having an e-mail adress to add you with, or compromising the security of our own account by giving you the details for my account.

I would love to either recieve an e-mail adres to add you to our wordpress website with admin access, or tell me how to do it without having to share my log in data with someone.

Thanks in advance

I've deactivated the plugin "WP REST API Controller" on your install and I can see all the taxonomies are displayed with add/edit page of Post Type "Vacatures". I've activated the plugin "WP REST API Controller" back.

Can you please confirm it works as expected when you deactivate the "WP REST API Controller" plugin.
