Toolset Tabs do not work

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

Toolset Tabs do not work with the Ocean WP theme and scroll down instead of changing the tab on click.

Solution:

Dequeue the scroll effect from Ocean WP

This support ticket is created 3 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

After an upgrade, tabs doesn't work anymore for a layout

I checked on my installation and I could not see the issue.

I'd be happy to take a look into the issue. I wonder if you can provide us with the staging version of your website so that we can do troubleshooting?
You can add the staging website login information in the next reply. Please set the reply as provate.

We are unable to do troubleshooting on a live website.

Hi there,

Yes, I do see that there is a scroll going on the Tab instead of changing the tab.

Checking the console of my browser I see that there are a few console messages related to a scrolling JS from the Ocean WP theme.

Would you please check for that?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- See if the issue is fixed.

If not, please provide the staging website so that we can troubleshoot.

I dequeued scroll-effect script for Ocean and it works!
