[Resolved] System send mail when change values on backend

I am trying to:
Sometime need to change some values because the employers of the web put it incorrectly, when try to change from backend on edit post, the system autosend email of the forms, y had a pluging that log all mail that web send and i check when made some modification on data, send the mail

That no send mail for internal changes.

Instead, I got:

Hi Rafael,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Based on your ticket i'm assuming that you're saying that no email is sent when you edit a post on the backend.

This is actually normal and the emails are only sent when the posts are edited on the frontend through an edit form for that posts.

So editing the post on the backend won't trigger the mail since Forms is responsible for the emails and the backend doesn't interact with Forms.

Yes that should the teory , but when make a modification on muestras, i the system send a email . Its normaly when change some field that the form had trigger to send.

hidden link can check the mail sends, and if modified (the website had lock that cant never send mails but the pluging save all interaction)

IF go to hidden link

and modify the field that are a checkbox, and on form
hidden link had a rule that if change the status send a email. when that rule are disabled,and modify the back end dont send emails. but if enable it then start to send.

Hi Rafael,

Just to be 100% clear.

Your issue is that when you make changes on the backend to your post, your email notifications are NOT sent?

The link you sent me is for a create form.

This means that when the posts are created with this form thats only when the notifications are sent.

For further clarity could you let me know when you want the mails to be sent ?
