Sync Custom User Roles Across Multisite Network

I have a subfolder multisite network, which is setup so that a user signing up/in to one of the sites is also logged in to the other sites.

Is it possible to share roles across the network and if so, is it possible to setup these roles within toolset and sync the roles network wide.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I am Wondering if this is possible using toolset

Hi there,

We did not test that scenario honestly. From what I remember the Multi-site setup has only one wp_users table, so it should work theoretically without doing anything. I guess.

So you will install Toolset access as a network plugin and add the user roles there.

See if it works for other websites in the network.

Anyway, to give an answer, Toolset does not have any sort of syncing functionality and if the method above did not work then you will need to go to each sub site, go to the Toolset access and assign the role to the user.
