[Resolved] styling the custom search

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I would like to place a custom search View's search filters horizontally instead of in a single column.

I am trying to style my custom search for my cpt archive as it is on the directory reference site where the search fields are in a row rather than one beneath the other and changing the color of the search button. I can't find the custom css in the reference site to copy.

Hi, are you referring to the Classifieds reference site? If so, the horizontal layout is set up using the Bootstrap grid system: hidden link

The button colors can be customized in wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Colors & Background.

Hi there. I am using Divi so the bootstrap grid doesn't help. I found a post on toolset about disabling bootstrap and adding some css styling to the theme and I am using css to get the filters into columns. thanks.
