Tell us what you are trying to do?

1. I related a form to a product in woocommerce to publish a custom type post (event). The form for the event works, it redirect to checkout but woocommerce regular checkout page is not displayed but all the posts arrive pending revision status.

2 Issue is I've created views for the homepage and styled other archive pages but if I browse the site not logged in but as a visitor, all styles are missing. That doesn't happen when I'm logged in where I can see all styles i applied to the created views.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Yes I did a couple of courses for memberships and directories on the documentation site and followed step by step

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Thanks in advance

Hi Diego,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I suspect the issue is being caused by the SG Optimizer plugin. And in such a case I would recommend taking a look at our documentation below.
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-use-optimization-plugins-with-toolset/

This should help to resolve your issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Good morning Shane.
Thanks for reply, I've noticed you deactivate SG Optimizer and the site is looking as it is supposed to.
About the checkout page, which is very important, I have tested in many ways and followed the procedure in the videos step by step but still can't see the form to continue checkout. It is the first time that I see something like it.

This is the issue: I related a form to a product in woocommerce to publish a custom type post (event). The form for the event works, it redirect to checkout but woocommerce regular checkout page is not displayed but all the posts arrive pending approval status.
Thanks again Shane

Hi Diego,

It would appear that something may be wrong with your woocommerce configurations.

Unfortunately I cant be certain of what is the issue. I would recommend remaking the checkout page and if this doesn't work to get in touch with the Woocommerce support team for them to best advise of the issue.

They're better equipped to handle woocommerce based issues.

It should be noted that the issue is still there even with all your other plugins disabled.

Thanks,
Shane
