[Resolved] Style on maps works on the Dev server but on on the Prodution one

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

My Map Style does not work on the live website but works in staging.

Solution:

The problem was how the JSON file of the style was loaded without SSL.

Changing the URL from HTTP to HTTPS fixed the issue.

I am trying to: apply a custom style to my maps (to remove all icons and show only mine). The style works fine on my development server but not on the production one (see screen captures attached)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: you must be logged (I can provide you a support login)

I expected to see: as in the development environment, no icons except mines

Instead, I got: pleinty of standard icons / points of interest from google

Hi there,

Generally, when you see a difference between servers it is an environmental issue and not the code issue in a plugin per se.

But Id be happy to take a look into the issue.

Please select the next reply as private so you can share the login information.

I also need to know what is styling that you used and how you added them.

Finally, where to check in the WordPress Dashboard.

Please make sure that you have a complete backup of the website and get back to us with the confirmation to have one.

Thank you.
