Ok so this is a weird one.
I have created a cred form for a child object used the auto generate form added the link to the parent page and I don't get a form at all I just get a partial list of the images that are previously submitted by the child form.

So the first screen shot is what I get when I visit the live form
The second screen shot is what I get when I preview the form...
How do I fix this?
