[Resolved] Strange behaviour with a Toolset block

This support ticket is created 3 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,
for some reason I cannot edit and add Blocks in the cells of a column for VIew Output. This is driving me crazy. Everything was fine and I could build everything I want. Suddenly it all stops working!!!

Only Toolset plugins. Theme is GeneratePress.

Behaviour is very erratic. It works on some cells and it does not work on other cells. I cannot add customs fields or delete that block, for example.

Please help!!!!!

I am sorry, but I don't understand the issue you are encountering. The video is not that clear to show the issue.
Can you tell me at what time in the video I can see the issue? What column are you facing the issue with?
Where this view is used? A page, a content template? Can you share the URL?.

You have access to the site.
The URL is hidden link (go ahead and edit the page)
You see a table in a View to display the output. When I try to delete a block inside a cell, or add a Custom Field, the options are not active. There no way to click on those options.

Take a look:

Two cells with the same type of block. On one of them it is impossible to click on anything. On the other cell everything is fine? Why is that?

I can see on the video that the buttons of the "Fields&Text" block are not active on the second column(Entidad). The buttons are active on the first column(Pais).

Unfortunately, the credentials are not working for me to log in. Please update the first message with the correct username/password or add new credentials in your next reply.

I might also need to take a copy of your website for further debugging locally, let me know if that's fine with you.
