[Resolved] Stop receiving follow up emails

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I would like to stop receiving follow-up email notifications for my ticket.

Solution: Change the email notification configurations at the top of the ticket.

This support ticket is created 3 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

As a supporter, I have the ability to change email notifications for each ticket as shown in the screenshot here. Do you have this setting on your side?

I was referring to the emials i receive for every ticket I am closing 🙂 but no worries.
